print the PDF form, fill it out, scan it, and email it to greenstownhomesofrochestermn@gmail.com or give it to a Greens Board Member.

Please complete and submit the form before you start any alteration, modification, or addition to the exterior of any unit or surrounding landscaping.

EXAMPLES: newspaper delivery boxes, storm doors, gutters, exterior lights, trees, shrubs, or other non-container plantings.

The committee has 30 days from the submission date to issue its approval or disapproval. Requests can be rejected for lack of completeness or detail in the proposal or for lack of consistency with existing properties.
